Heating Instructions:
Place the teddy bear on a clean plate. Microwave for 30 seconds. If more heat is required, microwave another 30 seconds. Total heating time should not exceed 1 minute. Do not overheat. Do not leave unattended while heating. Always test temperature before using. The bear should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Overheating may cause the seeds to burn.

Cooling Instructions:
Seal the teddy bear in a plastic bag. Chill in a freeze for 30 minutes. Shake the hot/cold product after 10 minutes of use. This helps to shift the colder seeds to the surface during use.

Care Instructions:
Do not wash. Wipe with damp cloth or spray rubbing alcohol then wipe off any oil residue.
